Selling a property is probably one of the largest transactions that most people undertake in their lives. It can, however, be confusing, either if you haven’t been through the process before or if you haven’t sold a property for some time as process and legal requirements can change from time to time.
A.N. Law will guide you through the process and will keep you updated throughout the journey in order to help things go as smoothly as possible.
Quality Assurance
A.N. Law has been accredited with the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) so you can rest assured that we have the skill and expertise to provide quality residential conveyancing advice.

How long will the conveyancing take?
For relatively straightforward sale, you can expect the conveyancing of your property to take between eight and twelve weeks, however, it can be much less, or longer, depending on a number of circumstances. At the outset, we can talk you through approximate timescales and inform you of any potential costs which could arise.
